This privacy policy is applicable to the website of Rewire BV (hereafter: Rewire),  which also contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. 1. Data from website visits
1.1 Which data do we process from visits to the website of Rewire?
When you visit the website of MIcompany BV, www.rewirenow.com, some information regarding this visit will be collected.

1.5 What do we do with your data after the retention period?
After the retention period has expired, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized. Anonymization means that your personal data is stripped of all possible identifying characteristics. MIcompany BV, located on the Vijzelstraat 72 – Floor 7A in Amsterdam, is the responsible party for correctly collecting and processing the personal data from this website.

2.1 Distribution of data to our partners
In order to provide its services and protect data used in these services, Rewire uses the support of service providers. Where deemed necessary, your data may be stored with these third parties. Rewire takes precautions of contractual, organizational and technical nature in order to ensure that your data does not leave our framework. Our service providers are not allowed to disclose or use your personal data apart from providing services that comply with the law.

2.2 Distribution of data to other countries
We may share your data with our offices in other countries. By using our website and by providing us with your information, you consent to this trans-border distribution of your data. We take precautions to ensure that the transfer of your data is done in a safely matter.

4.1 Access to your data

The right to access personal data does not extend to personal data of persons other than yourself.

4.2 Correction of your data
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if they are incorrect. You may also add to the data if it is incomplete.
