In our privacy policy, you can read what data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. At MIcompany, we care about your privacy and we keep your personal data as safe as possible. In the process of collecting and processing your data, we always abide by the current Dutch law for the protection of personal information. This privacy policy is applicable to the website of MIcompany BV (hereafter: MIcompany),  which also contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

1. Data from website visits
1.1 Which data do we process from visits to the website of MIcompany?
When you visit the website of MIcompany BV, http://www.micompany.nl, some information regarding this visit will be collected.

The information we collect may include (part of) your IP address, the type and language of your browser, the time of your visit, the web address from which you reached our website, the pages you view on it, the links you click on and the other actions you undertake. Operational purposes: In the first place we collect and use your data on our website to provide you with services and to communicate with you. The personal data that you fill out in the forms available on our website are used to fulfill your requests regarding services such as career possibilities, events participation and the distribution of our literature.

Analytical purposes: Your (combined) data is also used for conducting research and performing analyses, with the aim of improving our services, operations and our website. If, for example, we find out that job applicants have difficulty with finding our career page, we could use this information to improve the layout of that career page. MIcompany BV, located on the Vijzelstraat 72 – Floor 7A in Amsterdam, is the responsible party for correctly collecting and processing the personal data from this website.

2.1 Distribution of data to our partners
In order to provide its services and protect data used in these services, MIcompany uses the support of service providers. Where deemed necessary, your data may be stored with these third parties. MIcompany takes precautions of contractual, organizational and technical nature in order to ensure that your data does not leave our framework. Our service providers are not allowed to disclose or use your personal data apart from providing services that comply with the law.

2.2 Distribution of data to other countries
We may share your data with our offices in other countries. By using our website and by providing us with your information, you consent to this trans-border distribution of your data. We take precautions to ensure that the transfer of your data is done in a safely matter.

An exception to this rule is when consent of a parent or guardian has been given. With this consent, children below the age of 16 are allowed to provide us with their personal

4.1 Access to your data
You have the right to inspect your personal data that is being processed by us. This means that you can request which personal data is registered for you, for which purposes the data is used, information about the third parties with whom the data may be shared and, where possible, information about the retention period of the data. The right to access personal data does not extend to personal data of persons other than yourself.

4.2 Correction of your data
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if they are incorrect. You may also add to the data if it is incomplete.

4.3 Opposing to the processing of your data
You have the right to have your data erased if:
