MIcompany is looking for a passionate Recruitment and Welfare manager for a Maternity Leave replacement at its Tel- Aviv office.

Our team of Data Scientist and Engineers develops data and AI solutions for international clients,

such as eBay, Colmobil and Aegon, from our offices in Tel-Aviv and Amsterdam, and with ±80 colleagues, of which 11 in Israel.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, sharp and ambitious employee to manage the Recruitment, HR and Welfare international portfolios of the Tel-Aviv and Amsterdam office, in communication with the existing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • E2E management of open vacancies
  • Ongoing employees’ welfare management (HHS, birthdays, events, etc.)
  • HR reports tracking like occupation, vacations and sick days
  • Hosting international colleagues with the support of the office manager
  • Onboarding of new employees

Requirements:

  • Detail orientated and multitasker
  • Sensitive to her surrounding needs and promotes a positive environment
  • A big head approach with a constant strive for quality and efficiency
  • Holds a BA degree
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the sectors of Office Management, Recruitment, Welfare and HR, including:
    • E2E events organization
    • Recruitment funnel management
    • Employee experience maintenance (HHs, gifts, events)
  • Can perform well in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in Hebrew and proficient in English (professional writing and speaking)
    • International work experience is a plus
  • Proven experience with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

👉🏻The position is a full-time position in the company's offices (hours may be flexible)

👉🏻 Start date 01.01.23, including 1.5 months onboarding (may be earlier)
