Intro MIcompany and GAIn Academy

To accelerate global AI skill building MIcompany ( launched the GAIn Academy in 2019; a professional and standardized skill building portfolio to train the entire organization; from board members to experts to broad business teams (see By now, thousands of employees from more than 35 countries have been trained, at top tier companies like Heineken, eBay and Nike.

One of the key pillars of the GAIn Academy is educating companies at scale through the Foundation and the Translator Program. These training programs are meant for the broader communities in the organization that do not execute analytics. The GAIn academy programs inspire and help them understand the opportunities of data & AI and initiate, guide and challenge new solutions in their business domain. For more than 15 years, MIcompany has been helping companies create impact with data & AI. In the last two years, we further professionalized our skill building programs in the GAIn academy. To realize further growth of our training programs and help accelerate and scale skill building at our clients, we are looking for a Training Coordinator & Program Manager.

As Training Coordinator & Program Manager you:

  • Act as the key link between participants and our internal and external trainers.
  • Guide the groups in their learning journey and ensure a sublime program experience from start to finish.
  • Are the first point of contact for client questions about the program.
  • Are part of a bigger account team that helps the client in building Data & AI skills at scale.
  • Help in translating client wishes and feedback to ideas for program innovation.
  • Actively steer the balance between program standardization and tailoring of the program to specific client needs.
  • Are responsible for the entire program planning, the communication to participants and the involvement of the trainers. To this end, you work closely together with our Operations Manager.
  • Organize different external events, for example, kickoff sessions, presentation moments, graduation events for example.
  • Collaborate with the GAIn marketing team in creating exciting content around the program.
  • Optionally, and depending on your personal development ambitions, you can facilitate different parts of the program, for example, supporting group exercises and facilitating discussions for example.

Function requirements

  • You have a bachelor or masters degree.
  • You have a minimum of 2/3 years of experience coordinating trainings or similar processes in a dynamic environment.
  • You have experience in acting as the point of contact for clients/stakeholders (for example in a customer success role or similar experience).
  • Preferably you have experience in creating change in a business context.
  • Knowledge about AI is not required, but the willingness to learn about it in a business context is.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Available for 32 – 40 hours per week.
  • Possible to work from home and/or at the office.
